Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness events at the age of 16 when she resigned from her gymnastics team in childhood. When she was 17 She was granted her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. A year later, at the age of 17 She was awarded her professional card. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to stop her work for six years to complete her studies. In the year 2015 she returned on stage to compete at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first performance, she continued competing over the years, and she made it a point to set new goals each year. In 2009 she took home four more fitness awards. She was an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro license to complete her education at college. In October 2015 to compete in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had finished 6th in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. Ariel was competing with one of the world's best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single lat pull-downs with one arm on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the workout. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Converting all the back exercises into three to supersets of 10-12 reps is her thing.
