Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986 in Hereford, England) is an English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top with her electronic pop music after getting the public's attention through her hit songs "Starry Eyed,"" along with "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary artist due to her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of making songs that are catchy and emotional.
